TikTok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As an Industry Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local services teams. The immediate focus will be on top local services partners in travel to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.Responsibilities:1. Partner Development and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners and fully responsible for the partner performance on TikTok. Understand the specific needs and goals of each partner. Collaborate with partners on product integration, optimization, and performance improvement. Negotiate and manage partner contracts and agreements.2. Product Strategy and Development: Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Provide input on product roadmap and feature enhancements.3. Content Strategy and Operations: Ensure that content meets supply & quality standards and aligns with partner business goals. Collaborate with content teams to develop and optimize content strategies for partners4. Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to partners and internal teams.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as product, engineering, data and operations to ensure successful partner management. Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience in travel industry partnerships or account management.- Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to negotiate and build relationships.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in using travel industry software and tools.Preferred Qualifications- Preferred experience working as part of a global or international team.- Robust product acumen, with the ability to understand and contribute to product strategy.Req ID: A117466
