About the role

Prysmian Group is seeking an Electrical Test Lab Manager to lead the Marshall Technology Center in the Marshall, TX area or Highland Heights, KY. This onsite leadership role manages a team performing high- and medium-voltage electrical testing to support product development and North American roadmaps. You will oversee budgets, equipment maintenance, data integrity, and safety, while coordinating R&D and customer interactions. Bachelor’s in EE and hands-on testing experience are required.
