About the Role: Vanguard Dynamics is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Lead Generation Representative. Record lead information accurately and follow established company processes. Participate in ongoing training and team meetings. Collaborate with team members to support campaign goals.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation to the office. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
