About the role
Digital Press Operator Heeter is hiring for a 2nd shift (3 pm 11 pm) Digital Press Operator to run the Digital Printing presses - Ricoh VC70000, Ricoh 9210 and Ricoh Z75 - the most technically advanced machines in the Printing Industry. The Digital Print department is a very fast-paced machine and requires candidates with a high energy level.

Specific duties:
Set up and operate the digital press to job specifications, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy
Follow standardized work process and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
Effectively carry out assigned tasks throughout the shift
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Performs other duties requested by supervisor and/or management
Knowledge and skills:
Mechanically inclined with previous experience running inserting machines
Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to work quickly and efficiently managing a very fast paced machine environment
Ability to work well in a group or individually
Essential physical functions:
Standing up to 8 hours per day
Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs often, 50 lbs occasionally
Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running
Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 3 pm 11 pm
Overtime
Weekends as needed
