About the role

Smart 1 Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Remote Pilot Operator (RPO-EnRoute) to join the Controller Training Solutions team, partnering with SAIC at the Jacksonville ARTCC to support FAA air traffic controller training. The RPO will simulate pilot actions and ATC communications within a high-fidelity training environment, input entries, translate data to ATC phrasing, and communicate with students via voice and VCS, requiring US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
