About the role
Leading the development of engaging editorial content, the full-time Senior Producer Brand Storytelling will create compelling narratives that enhance brand affinity and support strategic business priorities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and develop compelling stories related to Empower's products, customers, and brand initiatives
Manage end-to-end production of multimedia content, including video, audio, and written formats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content execution and alignment with brand standards
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field
5-10+ years of experience in brand storytelling, journalism, or multimedia content production
Demonstrated experience producing video and/or podcast content from concept to post-production
Strong writing and storytelling skills, including script development and narrative structure
Familiarity with content production tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
