About the role

DIGITIZATION & SYNCHRONIZATIONConverting transcript files from Word documents to ASCII text files, which are compatible with Sanction Transcript Databases; Synchronizing of approximately 1,000 minutes of audio files, in the form of .WAV and MP3 files. The case team may provide additional instructions to synchronize specific portions of the audio files. For the purposes of preparing a proposal, assume that the entire audio file must be synchronized; Staff proficient in Spanish and Jamaican Patios, as some of the audio files use a mix of English, Spanish, and Jamaican Patios; A small number of revisions to the transcripts may be necessary, due to negotiations with defense counsel. These transcripts would need to be re-synched with the revisions for trial; Sanction Transcript Databases for each audio file compatible with Sanction II.9, which can be imported into the case team's Sanction database; Provide written instructions and possible phone and in-person support to import the Sanction Transcript databases into Sanction as a result of the synchronization.
