Dignotion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to help drive the successful execution of internal and client-facing initiatives. From digital campaign launches to CRM workflows and custom web projects, youâll play a key role in ensuring our growing team operates efficiently, on time, and with a focus on quality delivery.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone experienced in managing marketing, tech, or creative projects, comfortable wearing multiple hats, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and keeping timelines on track.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing, tech, and operational projects across the agencyDefine clear project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and resourcing needsDevelop and maintain project plans, track progress, and adjust workflows as neededCoordinate between internal teams (marketing, development, design) and external vendors or partnersMonitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively resolve issuesLead client check-ins or internal update calls to communicate project statusEnsure documentation, QA processes, and deliverables meet expectationsAssist with operations-related initiatives, including tooling, automation, and process optimizationReport regularly to leadership on project milestones, performance, and resource utilizationRequirements3â5 years of project management experience, ideally within a digital agency, marketing team, or tech-driven companyStrong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience leading cross-functional teams in remote or hybrid environmentsProficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or AsanaFamiliarity with creative, technical, or digital marketing workflowsComfortable working independently, with a proactive and resourceful mindsetFluent English (written and spoken); clear documentation and reporting skillsBonus Points If You Have:Experience in performance marketing, digital product delivery, or client servicesBackground working with CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho), web development, or automation toolsExposure to compliance workflows or regulated industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, gaming)Understanding of lean project management, Agile/Scrum principles, or remote team opsKnowledge of UX, content strategy, or analytics platformsBenefitsRemote or hybrid (NYC) working setupFlexible working hours with project-based scopeCompetitive compensation tailored to experienceCollaborative environment with a focus on growth, performance, and innovation
