About the role
An established electrical company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at our Long Island City office. Responsibilities:Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completionPerform pre-construction planning, including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawingsPrepare and issue purchase orders and coordinate with vendorsAttend site meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal teamsOversee project scheduling, manpower allocation, and material managementManage change orders and ensure projects stay on budget and on scheduleQualifications:Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical fieldStrong knowledge of low-voltage (LV) systems and fire alarm systemsProficient in computer applications relevant to project managementStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NYC electrical codesComprehensive understanding of electrical systems for both residential and commercial turnkey projectsPlease provide a list of completed projects for the references.Job Type: Full-time
