About the role
Production Line Lead The role of the Production Line Lead is to run, manage, and maintain production in all of its entirety; to manage and maintain the production product and staff. Be the final set of eyes on the product before its released as a Wolf Product. To continue to demand and uphold the quality of product that Wolf Home Products is known for.
Major tasks, responsibilities and key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
To work and help on the line where needed
Train all new Production Employees on each job responsibility
Check in all products
Check out all products
Maintain the Wolf Product quality control and continue with strict standards on out-going products
Production Inventory
Process all Production work tickets
Develop new procedures for more efficient and faster production
Maintain Fork Lift operation training
Assign daily tasks to all employees in order to maximize each employee's skill
Communicate effectively with Management about any specific needs of the Employee
Report any damaged or defective cabinets to management
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
