Responsibilities: Lead departmental operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions Maintain and enforce departmental andhospital widepolicies, procedures, and standard operating practices Oversee staffing, timekeeping, rounding, budgeting, and daily workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations Patrol facilities, monitorvisitor conduct, investigate incidents, and report safety or security hazards Evaluate and update safety procedures, coordinateworkplace injuryfollow-up, and deliver safety training for staff and vendors Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and implement policy changes tomaintaina safe environment Qualifications Education: High School education or equivalent Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Emergency Management or a related field is preferred Experience: Must have a minimumofthree (3) years of experience in law enforcement or security License(s)/Certification(s):Required Upon Hire: Valid driver's license Non-Professional Permit to Carry
