Branch Sales Manager – Industrial Services An established and rapidly growing industrial services organization is seeking a driven sales leader who thrives on developing new business while building high-performing teams. What You Will Do:
Drive territory growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with commercial and industrial customers. Build and expand a strong book of business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and solution development through negotiation and contract execution. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Lead sales performance by establishing goals, monitoring results, and implementing strategies that drive revenue. Partner closely with operations and service leadership to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful project execution. Support branch performance through forecasting, planning, and collaboration on operational and financial objectives. Represent the organization as a trusted advisor within the market while identifying opportunities for long-term customer partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
Consistently generated new revenue by identifying prospects, securing new clients, and expanding a profitable customer portfolio. Demonstrated sales leadership with the ability to coach, recruit, and develop a high-performing team. Highly proactive business developer with extensive experience generating opportunities through outbound outreach, lead generation, and market expansion. Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Experience leading sales initiatives within industrial, commercial, construction, building products, equipment, service, or related industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing branch or regional sales operations. Background working in industrial services, commercial equipment, facilities services, or other technical B2B markets.
