Safely operate company-owned vehicles to transport merchandise to and from the flower shop and customer locations Load and unload merchandise, ensuring that all items are securely packaged and protected during transport Confirm delivery details with customers, including the delivery address, date, and time Collect payment for orders when necessary, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and any customer feedback Assist with flower shop duties when not making deliveries, including helping customers with purchases and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
