End Date: December 31, 2027 Coverage Type: On-Site Perioperative Anesthesia Care (No Call Required) Shift Options:10-Hour Shifts: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM12-Hour Shifts: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM (7:00 AM start on Thursdays) Timekeeping & Meals: Unpaid lunch break required (clock in/out, e.g., 7:00 AM 12:00 PM; 1:00 PM 5:00 PM). Overtime must be pre-approved by department administration. Guaranteed hours are not provided. Practice Model & Clinical ScopeCare Model: Medical Direction / Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model Supervision Ratio: 2:1 or 3:1 CRNA-to-Anesthesiologist supervision ratio Patient Census: Adult & Pediatric populations (pediatric cases ages 5 and up) Clinical Cases Included: General, Orthopedics, Trauma, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Pediatrics (5+), Endoscopy, Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA), Robotic Surgery, Gynecology, ENT, and routine procedures. Exclusions (Cases NOT Performed): Hearts, Obstetrics (OB), and Peripheral Nerve Blocks.
Procedural Responsibilities: Pre-anesthetic evaluation, history & physical, informed consent, and post-op care. General, Regional, Epidural, Spinal, and MAC Anesthesia. Airway management and invasive monitoring placement (CVP/CVC, Pulmonary Artery Catheterization, Intra-arterial lines).Requirements & Credentials
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required by the time credentialing is completed (must be able to hit the ground running). Upfront professional references required upon submission. Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
Life Support Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) license required upon submission (Note: DEA license is not required for CRNAs in PA).EMR System: Cerner Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days (Temporary privileges are not available).
