About the role
- What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Demonstrated experience investigating workplace violence, threats, theft, fraud, and employee misconduct.
- Strong investigative capabilities, including interviewing, evidence analysis, fact development, and report writing.
- Experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Labor Relations in a corporate or regulated environment.2+ years of experience conducting internal, corporate, or regulatory investigations.
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and risk indicators across cases.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in sensitive, high-impact matters.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
- What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Professional certifications such as CFE, CPP, or equivalent.
- Experience with dBeaver SQL or other relational database.
- Experience with ticketing/revenue accounting processes.
- Experience with reservation system.
