Summary:
The Q Quartz Brand Representative drives brand awareness by visiting customer locations, conducting product knowledge seminars, and coordinating the distribution and upkeep of promotional materials.

Full-time To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities: Promote MSI Quartz products to target customers. Visit builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to promote products. Conduct product knowledge seminars at customer locations. Train customer sales teams on MSI product lines. Maintain accurate customer database and generate sales reports as needed. Attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars. Work consistently with existing customers to retain and grow their business. Coordinate with customers to ensure appropriate levels of promotional materials. Increase brand awareness through strategic advertising placements. Perform additional duties as required or requested. Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and/or experience requirements: High school education required; some college work completed preferred. Prior experience in the natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industry is preferred. Retail merchandising experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well-organized Provide high level of customer service Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel Previous experience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpful Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required This role has the following physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
