Responsibilities:
Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
