Location: Washington, DC 20016
Shift:
8 am-5 pm. First patient at 9am, last patient at 4pm. Unsure of specific schedule at this time, but likely 4 clinic days and one admin day. May change in next 1-2 months. Current schedule is admin days Mon-Tues and clinic days are Wed, Thurs. Fri.

Job Responsibilities:
- TOPS Ortho software on a Mac (preferred, but will train)
- OrthoFi patient management system (preferred)
- Motivate patients in order to achieve the very best results from orthodontic treatment.
- Review patient history and assure completion of forms and signatures.
- COVID-19 Precaution(s):Temperature screenings
- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
Requirements:
- Ortho/Dental Assisting background (very helpful)X-Ray Certification (Required)iTero scanner (Required)
- Orthodontic assisting experience is most helpful, as the treatment coordinator will take patient records--digital scans, xrays and photosUS work authorization (Required)
- Spanish speaking a plus
