About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, logistics operations, program management, or a related analytical role in a high-volume, complex network
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous operational problems, build analytical models, and translate outputs into decisions
- Strong experience in headcount modeling, volume forecasting, production/capacity planning, and transportation alignment
- Experience building forecasting models, scenario analyses, and dashboards that support proactive decision-making
- Fluency with analytical tools and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Proven track record managing complex logistics operations and programs
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills, including presenting assumptions, scenarios, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Ability to drive decisions in a fast-paced environment; resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and high-pressure settings
- Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred
- Experience planning for both BAU and NPI demand in a dynamic supply chain environment
- Collaboration with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance
- Automation, process improvement, and continuous improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Experience with AI-assisted tools (LLMs, GenAI assistants) to accelerate analysis and reporting
- Influencing and driving strategic change in a fast-paced, matrix-ed organization
- Comfortable diving deep into complex datasets to drive actionable decisions
- Leadership presence to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable impact
