Crewperson- Night Shift

Primary Responsibilities: Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes. Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.

Job Duties: Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders. Perform in-process quality checks during production. Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly. Maintain documentation and production reports as required. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designees.

Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.1 to 3 years of related experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot. Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
