We are seeking a product-minded operator and creator economy leader to help shape the next chapter of growth for a rapidly scaling creator-focused business within the SuperOrdinary ecosystem.Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will serve as the business lead for the platform, connecting strategy, product innovation, creator success, and operational excellence. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, technology, growth, and creator success to drive sustainable growth, deepen creator engagement, and unlock new monetization opportunities.This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who understands that successful creator platforms are built at the intersection of technology, culture, and community. The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment with sharp product instincts and a deep understanding of creator behavior, Gen Z audiences, internet culture, and emerging digital trends.Operating with a lean, high-impact team, this business supports a rapidly growing ecosystem of creators whose success fuels the platform.
