About the role
Real Estate Agent Opportunity If you're a self-motivated agent who's disciplined enough to work a lead the right way, your problem probably isn't effort. It's opportunity. You only have so many people to talk to. That's the part we can fix. We hand our agents live leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, and a long list of other top lead sources, on top of a database of 80,000+ lead opportunities that grows every month. You're not cold calling strangers or buying your own leads. You're calling people who have already raised their hand. And you're not paying for any of it. Lead generation, the full tech stack, all-inclusive marketing for all of your listings and yourself, stylish downtown office space, transaction & listing support, and mentorship. We cover it. Most brokerages hand you a desk and a bill. We hand you everything you need to run a real business and let you keep your focus on selling. What we need is the right person to actually capitalize on them. Someone who picks up the phone without being told to, follows up when it isn't convenient, listens to what a buyer actually wants instead of pushing what's easy, and stays with them through closing. We're also looking for a team player. Our office runs more like a work family than a sales floor, and the people who do well here are the ones who pitch in, share what's working, and genuinely enjoy the people they work with. If you'd rather compete with your coworkers than root for them, this isn't the right fit. If you've got the work ethic and you've just been short on opportunities, let's talk.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
