About the role
Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) We are seeking a dependable and experienced Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-quality dialysis care and will possess leadership qualities that enhance team dynamics.
Responsibilities:
Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients using B-Braun dialysis machines.
Ensure the safety and well-being of patients throughout the dialysis process.
Open and close dialysis units in accordance with established protocols.
Lead a team of CCHTs while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Adapt to fluctuating schedules and patient needs while maintaining consistent service.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and CCHT certifications required.
Experience working with B-Braun dialysis machines is essential.
Ability to be a dependable team player who rarely calls in sick.
Must have experience in a lead CCHT role or similar leadership capacity.
Display excellent adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
The position requires availability from 4:00 am to 7:00 pm, with the possibility of early dismissal based on patient needs and hospital operational hours.
