About the role
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Support event execution from pre-planning through onsite coordination and post-event wrap
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, production schedules, and project reports
- Communicate clearly with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Help source and manage estimates, contracts, and invoices
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals
- Participate in site visits and planning meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Represent Harbinger as a professional, solutions-oriented team member
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to all stages of the planning and production process
- Travel as needed to support onsite event production (30-35% Travel)
- 2–5 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or production coordination
- Experience with agency or corporate event production strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proven background in logistics and planning under pressure
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to self-manage
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and solve problems proactively
- Fluent in Google Workspace; familiarity with Microsoft Office, iOS, and Excel (Excel wiz = plus) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat is a strong plus
- Experience with Canva is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel, work flexible hours and occasional weekends
