Parts Counter Assistant Shine Bros. Corp. is seeking a Parts Counter Assistant for Grab & Go facility. Starting at $18.75 per hour.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to assist customers
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Prior parts experience and/or mechanical background
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and set deadlines to meet goals
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Locate and acquire parts, materials, and supplies needed for equipment repairs
  • Answer phone calls, obtain price quotes and other information for customers
  • Maintain parts and supply inventory using physical and electronic records and files
  • Pick up parts order or arrange for delivery
  • Receive deliveries, verify accuracy of shipments and inspect for damage and defects
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and shop personnel
  • Process and track work orders
  • Other duties as assigned
