About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the development and execution of a robust technology strategy that enhances business performance, cybersecurity, efficiency, and growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading business systems, data and analytics, infrastructure, manufacturing technology, and technology-enabled process improvement. This role demands a business-oriented technology executive with a proven track record in translating company priorities into practical, scalable solutions. The VP will also be tasked with maintaining the company's cybersecurity, technology risk, and business continuity, and ensuring the reliability and security of all technology infrastructure. Key responsibilities for the VP of Information Technology at the company include strategic ownership of core business applications, integration of systems, and the establishment of a company-wide approach to data, reporting, and analytics. The role also involves providing strategic leadership at the intersection of IT and manufacturing technology, partnering with operations and engineering on various technical aspects, and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance productivity and competitiveness. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, and a strong understanding of data, analytics, and system integration.
