About the role

Providence is seeking an experienced Senior Labor and Employment Counsel to serve as labor and employment counsel to the Providence system, advising on day-to-day matters with emphasis on traditional labor topics. The role includes negotiations leadership, coordination with HR, and handling proceedings before NLRB and other agencies. Strong communication and litigation management skills are essential, with location flexibility in the Renton/Portland/Spokane markets.
