About the role

Grid United seeks an Environmental Manager / Senior Environmental Manager to lead environmental compliance, permitting, and construction support for large-scale transmission projects in the desert southwest. The role collaborates with internal teams and external consultants, agencies, and tribes to drive permitting and siting strategies. The successful candidate will manage environmental studies, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with NEPA, ESA, NHPA, and state laws.
