Job Responsibilities and DutiesAssist with dining needs, including serving meals and ensuring residents are satisfied with their dining experience Respond promptly to call lights and address the needs of our residents in a timely and respectful manner Chart and document resident activities and questionnaires accurately and thoroughly Engage with residents through conversations, games, and activities, promoting socialization and a sense of community Other duties as assigned to ensure the seamless operation of our care center
