Web Services Administrator We have an exciting opportunity at the Department of State! The Web Services Administrator will administer and maintain web services hosted at all overseas locations that are used to host customer applications and reports. This ensures we deliver web operations that support the customer's mission to provide IT services to DoS users enterprise wide. The customer currently uses various tools to support web service automation, maintenance, monitoring, and development tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing operation, maintenance, and support of these web services. These services include (but not limited to) Configuration Management and Change Control, patch management, security updates, and vulnerability remediation. Provide Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security certificate management and renewal. Update and manage backup, recovery, and DR procedures. Perform incident response and troubleshooting. Conduct capacity planning and scalability management. Document all configurations, procedures, and changes. Coordinate with overseas post personnel and relevant Government stakeholders.
Education and Experience: 5+ years Bachelor's in IT or related field Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Requirements: Comp TIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation Certification(s)
