About the role
- 7+ years of proven experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Director
- Technical background (Developer, Business Analyst, QA)
- Extensive experience in application development and SDLC processes
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with multi-national teams across different time zones
- Bilingual in Russian or Ukrainian
- Knowledge of microservices architecture (preferred)
- Experience in B2B SaaS, Telecom, or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, or delivery analytics tools
- Experience in building delivery processes at scale

- Demonstrate leadership in resolving critical production incidents and developing mitigation plans
- Balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure project success
