About the role

Job TitleOffice ManagerJob DescriptionBe the first point of contact with customers, vendors and employees in corporate office. Keep the office clean and organized at all times; including the HR storage closet. Ensure both kitchens are clean and tidy regularly, run dishwasher, order supplies for the kitchen, clean regularly. Ordering supplies for office and for departments. Deliver supplies to the departments and review areas to ensure clean, no maintenance is needed, and if needed complete work orders for building. Weekly legal filing. Ordering food /catering / manage weekly employee lunches, clean up, etc. Building maintenance and security management liaison. This includes sending out communication from building. Floor Warden & Safety plan (to include CPR, Narcan, First Aid trainings). Check voicemail box and route calls daily. Ensure communication is updated and working on all TV and internal communication systems throughout the Stanwix office. Vendor Management: Liaison with the various facility vendors. Daily UPS and mailings as requested by different departments; handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support HR on projects. Support for meetings and event planning and organization. Other duties as assigned.RequirementsAssociates degree with focus in administration. At least 3- 5 years experience working in office environment in similar capacity/role. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining composure, friendliness and excellent business acumen. A self-starter that is resourceful and detail oriented. Will need to be in the office 5 days a week this is NOT a hybrid role 8 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch. Excellent computer skills, preferably Microsoft office products.Benefits & Compensation Package Includes:Salary range for this position is $45,000-50,000 per year as well as an annual bonus plan.
