What You'll Do: Provide high-quality on-site emergency medical coverage, initial triage, and first aid during assigned local athletic and event coverage shifts. Respond rapidly to acute medical incidents, athletic injuries, or emergency situations on-site. Assess patient conditions, deliver immediate care within the EMT scope of practice, and coordinate higher-level EMS transport when necessary. Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential electronic incident and care documentation. Maintain and inventory event medical kits and emergency response supplies before and after shifts. Serve as a professional, calm, and reassuring medical presence for athletes, event participants, staff, and spectators.
