Now Hiring: Production Lead We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, driving forklifts, leading teams, and maintaining production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflow Lead and support production team members during daily operations Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products Assist with training, coaching, and supporting production staff Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Maintain a safe and organized work environment Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issues Complete production reports and communicate shift updates Support inventory movement and material handling as needed
Requirements: Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse lead role Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to support 2nd Shift operations Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to start early, stay late, and adjust schedule based on production demands Flexible availability to support business needs and meet production goals
