Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, administrative, finance, government, and executive-level positions.
Source, recruit, interview, evaluate, and place high-caliber candidates using advanced recruiting strategies and technology.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their trusted staffing partner.
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while actively developing new client relationships.
Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, organizational culture, and hiring priorities.
Create recruiting strategies that consistently deliver quality candidates in competitive markets.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Demonstrated success recruiting for technical, professional, and corporate positions.
Strong experience with client development, account management, and relationship building.
Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and grow existing client partnerships.
Experience sourcing passive candidates through web-based recruiting portals, networking, referrals, and advanced search techniques.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
