About the role
Client is seeking a Legal Analyst to provide legal, administrative, organizational, and research support to the Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Support foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other legal proceedings. Track foreclosure cases and Sheriff’s sales Prepare and maintain contracts, mortgage/lien releases, reports, budgets, amendments, and legal documents. Conduct legal and records research and verify documents/forms for accuracy. Assist Legal Counsel with filing, document preparation, transmittals, and correspondence.
