At the intersection of culture, innovation, and commerce, SKIMS is a global brand redefining modern apparel. Our teams are built on creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment where ambitious, curious, and values-driven individuals can do the best work of their careers.
As we continue to scale globally, our HQ teams play a critical role in shaping strategy, building world-class infrastructure, and driving sustainable growth across markets.
We’re looking for an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to join our growing Finance department. This role owns the end-to-end transfer pricing function and supports local country tax compliance across our international markets. You’ll be the internal expert on how SKIMS prices inter-company transactions - from policy design through operational execution and documentation - while also helping to ensure the business meets its global compliance obligations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&; A, Planning, Legal, Tech, and external advisors as SKIMS continues to scale internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Transfer Pricing - Policy &; Documentation Design and maintain SKIMS’ global transfer pricing policy, including the selection and defense of appropriate methods for each intercompany flow
Own the annual TP documentation cycle: prepare and review master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting (CbCR) in coordination with external advisors
Draft, maintain, and periodically refresh intercompany agreements to ensure they reflect actual conduct and current arm’s length terms
Support and review benchmarking analyses; manage the functional analysis process across SKIMS entities
Transfer Pricing - Operational Execution Run the intercompany billing and settlement process: calculate periodic charges, ensure invoices are issued timely, and confirm settlement aligns with agreed TP policies
Own the intercompany price-setting calendar - coordinate with FP&A to set or update transfer prices at budget and any mid-year resets
Perform true-up calculations at period-end to bring actual results in line with target margins; work with Accounting to book adjustments accurately
Monitor actual vs. target margins throughout the year and flag deviations early so corrections can be made proactively
Maintain the intercompany transaction inventory: track all cross-border flows (product, services, royalties, financing) and ensure each is covered by a policy, agreement, and documentation
Partner with Accounting to ensure intercompany eliminations and TP adjustments are properly reflected in the consolidated financial statements
Support customs and indirect tax teams where transfer prices affect import values or indirect tax positions
Transfer Pricing - Planning &; Risk Identify and assess TP risk as SKIMS enters new markets, launches new products, or restructures operations; recommend policy changes proactively
Support any transfer pricing audits, inquiries, or advance pricing agreement (APA) processes alongside external advisors
Monitor OECD BEPS developments and Pillar Two rules; assess impact on SKIMS’ TP positions and effective tax rate
International Tax Compliance Manage local country direct and indirect tax compliance obligations across all international entities, working with in-country advisors and internal teams
Coordinate with external advisors on corporate income tax return preparation and review for international subsidiaries
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure all international tax deadlines are met
Reporting &; Provision Assist with ASC 740 international tax provision, including current and deferred tax calculations for non-US entities
Prepare info requests and review international sections of the consolidated tax provision
Support GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and Subpart F calculations as relevant
Planning &; Projects Support international tax planning initiatives, including entity rationalization, IP structuring, and expansion into new markets
Research and document tax positions on cross-border transactions
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across key jurisdictions and assess impact on SKIMS
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5-8 years of international tax experience with a significant transfer pricing focus; Big 4 TP practice experience strongly preferred, ideally combined with in-house exposure
Deep working knowledge of transfer pricing methods, documentation standards, and the OECD BEPS framework (including Pillar Two)
Hands-on operational TP experience: intercompany billing, price-setting, period-end true-ups, and margin monitoring - not just documentation
Experience drafting or reviewing intercompany agreements and maintaining a TP policy across multiple entity types (buy-sell, limited risk, cost-plus, IP holding, etc.)
Hands-on experience managing international tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Solid understanding of US international tax concepts (GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, CbCR)
Experience with ASC 740 international tax provision
Comfortable working with large data sets to calculate intercompany charges and perform margin analyses; proficiency in Excel required, experience with ERP and planning systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Planful or similar) a plus
Ability to manage multiple external advisors and prioritize competing deadlines
CPA required; MST/MBT or LLM a plus
Strong communication skills - able to translate complex TP concepts for Finance, Accounting, and Legal stakeholders
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods a plus
