Senior Project Manager - Data CentersPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale mission-critical data center and semiconductor facility construction projects. The role is responsible for end-to-end project leadershipmanaging scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and commissioningacross core & shell, tilt-up and industrial warehouse-type builds for hyperscale and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in data centers, commissioning and mission-critical systems, proven leadership of multi-discipline teams and the ability to collaborate with owners, design teams, contractors and cloud operators such as AWS. Travel is required to support on-site execution and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of data center and semiconductor construction projects from pre-construction through turnover and commissioning, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets; track progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet milestones and financial targets.Manage commissioning activities and coordination with MEP, controls and operations teams to achieve successful handover of mission-critical systems.Serve as primary point of contact for owners, hyperscale clients, design teams, general contractors and specialty subcontractors; foster strong relationships and clear communication across stakeholders.Oversee procurement and subcontractor management, including scope negotiation, contracts, change management and performance monitoring.Provide senior leadership to project teams, mentoring project managers, engineers and field staff to ensure consistent execution and professional development.Ensure compliance with safety programs, site-specific requirements and regulatory standards; champion a culture of zero incidents and continuous improvement.Drive quality control and inspection programs across core & shell, tilt-up and industrial construction scopes to meet client specifications and industry best practices.Coordinate site logistics, constructability reviews and interface management for complex projects including warehouses, industrial buildings and semiconductor facilities.Monitor project financials, prepare regular status reports for executive leadership and present project updates to clients and stakeholders.Plan and execute travel to job sites and client offices as required to provide on-site leadership, resolution of critical issues and client engagement.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of demonstrated project management experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years focused on data centers, mission-critical facilities or semiconductor projects.Proven track record managing hyperscale and enterprise data center builds (core & shell, commissioning, MEP coordination) and working with cloud operators such as AWS.Strong technical knowledge of mission-critical systems including UPS, generators, chilled water, electrical distribution, controls and commissioning processes.Experience with tilt-up construction, warehouse and industrial building methods, core & shell delivery and site logistics.PMP, PE or equivalent project management certification preferred; formal construction or engineering degree strongly preferred.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring senior project staff and managing cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management, contract negotiation and financial oversight skills, including cost forecasting, change order management and risk mitigation.Ability to travel frequently (percentage depending on project needs) and operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced construction environments.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders and clients.Familiarity with semiconductor facility requirements, clean utilities and specialized commissioning is highly desirable.BenefitsPer Diem if travelingBonus eligible Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k w/ matchPTO and Paid Holidays
