About the role

Leoforce is seeking a Mid Level experienced Preconstruction Manager in Wisconsin to oversee conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs, and cost studies. You will lead bid development, review bid packages, and coordinate subcontractor solicitations to ensure accurate, competitive bids for complex projects. Responsibilities include owning the estimate, reviewing direct and indirect costs, and aligning schedules with the estimate.
