- Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals.
- Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery.
- Delivering rental equipment to guests' accommodation and providing a highly personalized fitting experience.
- On-Mountain Support for guests requesting equipment changes.
- Picking up equipment from guests' accommodation at the end of their rental period. Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.
- Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements:
- KCR #1: On Time Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon timeKCR #2: Communication Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of serviceKCR #3: Equipment Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
- Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles.
- Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance
- Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
- Ski Butlers is a standalone business within Alterra Mountain Company's family of mountain destinations.
