Customer collaboration is a key responsibility to the success of this position. This role will work within McCormick's US Consumer Products Division. This CBM I role is responsible for Strategic Ecommerce customers, as well as supporting the Amazon and Whole Foods business and reports to the Customer Business Manager III within the Pure Play sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain relationships with customers. Manage Merchandising, Assortment, Pricing and Shelving principles at accounts to drive sales and reach company and customer yearly goals. Oversee trade promotion investments and ensure effective utilization of trade spend. Understand various data sources to deliver ecommerce expertise to internal and customer teams Manage direct and broker relationships to ensure alignment and flawless marketplace execution.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. OR 6 years' directly related experience. Minimum of 4 years of sales, marketing, or related experience, inclusive of retail buying and branded food service, Revenue Management, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.2 years' experience managing customer base required Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Strong negotiation, influencing, and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in standard business and analytical tools. Understanding of how Sales integrates with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance functions. Analytical mindset and in-depth understanding of Consumption data tools (examples: Circana, Nielsen, Vendor Central)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of Ecommerce/Omni Sales Experience Strong proactive approach to Business Management Functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen
Base Salary:
87,000 - 148,000 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick's Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan/ McCormick's Sales Incentive Bonus (SIB) Plan/ McCormick's Dividend Program.
