About the role

Overview As Segment Marketing Manager, you align product offerings with market needs to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue in defined verticals. You work across product marketing, activation, and sales to maintain accurate market profiles and develop effective packaging and promotions. You lead research, positioning, and multi-channel campaigns while managing budget, forecasting, and sales enablement. The role involves close collaboration with channel partners, events, and webinars to educate the market and fuel growth. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity in a collaborative, data-driven environment. Responsibilities Market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive landscape within verticals Develop and implement positioning and promotional strategies Design and guide integrated marketing campaigns with cross-channel messaging Monitor campaign performance and report outcomes to stakeholders Create content with in-house teams, agencies, and vendors Enable sales with market-facing assets and packaging Collaborate with channel partners on co-marketing Build and maintain customer relationships to inform strategy Cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and other teams Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis Stakeholder management between marketing, sales, and account management Key requirements 5+ years in Business Marketing or Growth Marketing in a B2B environment Experience in financial services and/or healthcare preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software Knowledge of marketing channels (direct mail, digital ads, social, webinars, conferences)Strong organizational skills Cross-functional collaboration Clear communication Marketing automation toolsCRM software Data analysis / interpretation
