Senior HR Director, (HRBP) New York City, NY (Hybrid) $200,000 - $230,000 Base Salary + Bonus A global consumer products organization is seeking a Senior HR Director, (HRBP) to join its leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's people strategy while partnering closely with senior business leaders across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership capability across a complex, multi-site environment. The organization employs several thousand employees across North America and internationally and is continuing to evolve its people practices to support future growth, operational excellence, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with executive and senior leadership teams to align people strategy with business objectives. Lead HR Business Partner support across key functions and business units. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy initiatives. Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs. Coach and influence leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Support enterprise change management and transformation initiatives. Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities and inform decision-making. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrated people solutions. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices while supporting a positive employee experience. Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, engagement, and leadership capability.
Ideal Background: Progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner leadership experience. Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and influencing business decisions. Deep expertise across talent management, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, employee relations, and workforce strategy. Experience supporting large, multi-site, or geographically dispersed employee populations. Strong business acumen and ability to connect people initiatives to operational and commercial outcomes. Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, apparel, retail, distribution, logistics, or similarly complex environments is preferred. Proven ability to lead through growth, transformation, and organizational change. Why Consider This Opportunity?
