About the role

Silicon Beach Recruiter is seeking a Superintendent/Senior Superintendent for ground-up multifamily construction in the Antelope Valley. The role targets mid-level or senior superintendents capable of running projects from start to finish. This is a direct-hire position with an owner-builder maintaining a steady pipeline of work. The ideal candidate will lead on-site operations, manage trades, and collaborate with project management on scope, schedule, and budget while utilizing Procore and MS
