About the role

Summit Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join Legacy Primary Care in Hermitage, TN. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. The practice will relocate to a new facility at Mt. Juliet in 2027 as part of Legacy Primary Care’s expansion. You will provide comprehensive primary care, work with a collaborative team, and contribute to preventive health for a large patient panel.
