RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare batches of fresh pasta according to recipe standards Learn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen Stock inventory appropriately Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for useREQUIREMENTS:Fresh pasta experience helpful, not required - training provided!
