We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Director of Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leadership in behavioral health settings and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department to ensure effective patient care delivery. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining a focus on quality improvement. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and implement patient-centered care plans.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred. Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Current RN license in the state of South Carolina. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes.
