Customer Care AdministratorNew Orleans, LACustomer ServicePosition handles all facility issues including supplies, coffee, paper productsHandles removals, disconnects and reconnects as notified by collections and customer serviceCreates project and sends certified letters to customersFiles all documents and uploads pertinent data into SalesForceCreates required relevant documents and then mails to customersScans and sends returned customer documents to the CPAAssign unreceived documents to field representatives to retrieve manuallyCreate a daily route for field representatives to follow and monitor performanceUtilize company vehicle tracking software to make sure all proper stops were made by field representativesTrack all required documents via salesforce and personal tracking spreadsheetSend reports to Chief Customer Officer weekly and to others as requestedAble to work independently and prioritize work loadStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailAbility to accurately type 45 words/minuteAbility to adapt in a fast paced, changing environmentAbility to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and through email with both customers and internal staffTeam player attitude a MUST!Two years of customer service/support experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent customer service experience and skills are requiredExcellent PC skills including excel and wordSalesforce is a plus; but not requiredThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
