Great Place Construction is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction. We are seeking a Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team. DUTIES Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.
Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results
Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise
Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule
Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower
Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.
Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc
REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and train those around you.
Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty
Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid DL and good driving record
