Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blending Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending spices and seasonings.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and blend various spices and ingredients according to established recipes and specifications.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of blending area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
Eventually conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Operate blending equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in foodproduction/manufacturingpreferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
